Holiday Lookbook Overload

I hope you've all been enjoying my holiday looks so far, but I'm getting impatient and want to show you my new buys and what I've been wearing since I got home so I have compiled some of my other looks in one post for you to see! You'll notice that those Dune sliders are HEAVILY featured - but there's only so many pairs of shoes you an take on holiday and they are really beautiful so you can't blame me really.

Playsuit - Topshop (similar) / Bag - Topshop (similar) / Sliders - Dune

Top - Topshop / Shorts - Topshop / Bag - Zara (similar) / Sandals - Topshop (similar)

Dress - ASOS / Bag and Sliders as before

Dress - Urban Outfitters (similar) / Kimono - Primark / Bag and Sliders as before

Top - Topshop / Shorts - Topshop / Bag - Zara (similar) / Necklace - Topshop / Sliders as before

Holiday Look #10 - Tropical Coord

Top - Topshop
Shorts - Topshop (similar)
Sandals - Next (old)
Bag - Zara

You know I can't resist a good coord and Topshop really do produce the cream of the crop when it comes to this trend. This particular one is perfect for summer and the neon colours look great with a tan.  These sandals were from Next about two years ago and I know we are all about sliders and 'ugly shoes' this year but sometimes on holiday you just want a nice wee strappy sandal.

These holiday posts seem to be going on forever so I hope you're enjoying them and sorry if they're boring you! Nearly at the end of them and looking forward to posting 'normal' posts again and the beginnings of my A/W wardrobe!

Holiday Look #9 - Kimono

Shorts - Zara (similar)
Top - Topshop (similar)
Kimono - Topshop (similar)
Sliders - Dune
Bag - Whistles (similar)

If you saw my recent wish list post you'll see that I have discovered a recent love for Kimonos. I especially love the maxi length ones and this one was great to dress up a plain outfit. I was looking for a pair of plain tailored shorts and the Zara sale answered my prayers with this pair for £9.99. These Dune sliders were such a good holiday buy, they go with everything and are super comfortable. I think this was one of my favourite holiday outfits, it was quite different to the things I usually wear and I just really liked the way the kimono finished it off.

Holiday Look #8 - Silk Floral Midi

Dress - Zara (similar)
Bag - Zara (similar)
Sliders - Dune

One day on our holiday, we took a day trip to a nearby town for some lunch and sightseeing. This dress was a bargain in last year's sales at £12.99 and I've held onto it until this summer to give it the outing it deserved. Also, this hairstyle was great for getting my hair out the way but not looking too messy! Not going to lie, I was pretty proud of myself for managing it as I'm usually rubbish with hair!!

Holiday Look #7 - Wide Leg Trousers

Top - ASOS (similar)
Crop Top (underneath) - Topshop (similar)
Trousers - H&M
Shoes - Topshop (similar)
Bag - Whistles

Despite my holiday coming to an end and me coming home yesterday, I still have a few outfits to post. I actually managed to snap loads when I was away but might combine some of them into one post, a la my fave Megan with her beaut holiday snaps, rather than bore you for weeks to come.

These trousers have been another one of those 'blogger faves' that you spot on blog after blog, but I love them all the same. I can't quite believe they're only £14.99 - they feel and look so much more expensive. Paired with one of my all time best buys, this ASOS mesh tee, creates such a comfortable, laid-back look.

Holiday Look #6 - Hype

Top and Skirt - Hype
Bag - Zara
Shoes - Topshop

I have only recently discovered the 'Hype' brand but my ASOS saved items list is now full of their gorgeous prints. I wore this little palm print coord out one day when we went on a segway tour of the city which was the funnest thing ever, and definitely my kind of sightseeing - none of that walking for me.
Also, recently I've been getting frustrated that in summer my shoe of choice is either a trainer or a sandal and I was looking for a nice alternative when I stumbled upon Topshop's beautiful selection of espadrilles. Problem solved. I decided to go for neutral nude to get the most wear but they also have these in silver!

Pretty Paisley, Pretty Please

Kimono / Dress / Trousers - all Topshop

Paisley is one of those prints that just keeps coming back around. I personally love it and these are my current favourite picks from Topshop. The dress on its own is a slightly toned down version of the trend but a part of me quite likes the idea of wearing all three at once - the coord fanatic part of me, that is.

Holiday Look #5 - Bling

Playsuit - Motel
Flatforms - Topshop (similar)
Bag - Whistles
Belt (necklace) - Topshop (old)

I got this playsuit from Motel ages ago, but decided to save it for my holiday. I love the colours and the print and decided to go for lots of gold jewellery alongside the blue and white. I've worn this necklace as a belt a few times and just think it looks quite different and is a good way to mix up your accessories rather than the obvious statement necklace. This one is quite a 'blingtastic' look and not really your laid-back holiday style, but I like to experiment and I think when you're not wearing heels you can go a bit OTT with the jewellery and get away with it.

Holiday Look #4 - Socks and Sneaks

Dress - Topshop
Socks - ASOS
Shoes - Nike (colours)
Bag - Zara
Sunglasses - ASOS

I wore this outfit to explore the streets of palma on one of the early days of our holiday and in this heat, comfort is everything. To ensure the prevention of blisters and sore feet, I went for my roshe trainers and even paired them with socks to make me quite the british tourist - at least it wasn't socks and sandals. This Topshop dress was a last minute buy, the day before we came away and definitely not a purchase I regret. I love the colours, and the lightweight, loose fit is perfect for a city stroll!

Holiday Look #3 - Bright Florals

Dress - Topshop (similar)
Bag - Topshop
Shoes - Dune

This was another night outfit of the holiday so far. I absolutely love all the colours in the print of this dress and it's made in quite a thick, scuba material which gives an expensive looking finish. The print, and the fact that I just wore it for dinner on holiday and not a night out, means little need for extra accessories - just some delicate rings and a colourful bag - and sunglasses of course.

Holiday Look #2 - Stripes and Slides

Dress - Zara
Bag - Topshop
Shoes - Adidas

I got this dress a while ago from Zara online (so I can't find it online, sorry) but it's actually quite a heavy material and not necessarily suited to the near 30 degree heat here. Nevertheless, it goes really well with these adidas sliders, which are super comfortable. I decided to go for a pop of colour with the cute little Topshop bag and necklace to brighten up the monochrome a bit!
Anyway, I'm off to nurse my sunburn and drink sangria, see ya!

Holiday Look #1 - First Night

Top - Topshop
Shorts - Topshop
Shoes - Topshop (similar)
Bag - Whistles (similar)
Sunglasses - Rayban

This was my outfit on night one of the holiday - I didn't have much of a tan to show off so opted for quite a covered up ensemble. I loved this tunic as soon as I saw it and I think it goes really well with longer length shorts. I quite like getting dressed up on holiday but heels are never a practical choice with the cobbled streets, and let's face it, we may as well take advantage of being able to wear comfortable shoes all night long. Flatforms are a good in between - a bit snazzier than plain sandals but still comfy and easy to walk in. This outfit felt perfect for holiday as it's airy, floaty but still has quite a tailored vibe. It's a thumbs up from me!
