Pinafore - ASOS
Cardigan - Tosphop
Boots - Topshop
Crop top - Topshop
Bag - Topshop

I know already that this cardi will be one of my faves this A/W and at £38 it's actually surprisingly cheap for Topshop knitwear (they have a nearly identical one for £45..I can't really tell the difference). Also, this pinny dress can be quite versatile and when the weather gets colder it would be nice with a long sleeved top / shirt underneath, so it's quite a good transitional piece. I'm loving these boots, seen in another post here, they're super comfy and good for every day wear!
Anyway, I'm away to snuggle in my new coat that just arrived. I think I got the last one on the website and it's technically not my size but I couldn't's just so pretty. Will be on the blog soon OBV!

PVC Passion

Dress - Zara
Boots - Zara
Jacket - ASOS
Watch - Casio
Necklace - Topshop

Well this whole getting dark early malarkey is really not convenient for blogging. Hate the flash with a passion and it's difficult to get any well lit areas outside but I was determined to photograph this ensemble. I got this jacket about a year ago and hadn't really had a lot of use out of it but with all this PVC obsession going around now it fits in quite nicely! It was a good match for my fave boots.
This dress came from the Zara website just a few weeks ago but I can no longer find it...there may be a cheeky few on eBay somewhere but I'm not sure.

A Day in the Country

Jacket - Next
Jumper - ASOS
Jeans - Topshop
Socks - Topshop
Boots - Topshop
Sunglasses - Rayban

At the weekend, we took a wee trip down to Manchester to stay with my brother and his girlfriend and on the Saturday we drove to Lyme Park where Pride and Prejudice was filmed! The house and the surrounding gardens are beautiful and it was such nice weather so a good day was had by all.
I saw this stunner of a jacket on The Little Magpie blog and simply couldn't help myself. It's so cosy and perfect for my AW13 wardrobe! I'm looking forward to styling it in lots of different ways.
Finally, these little booties were such a bargain at £36 - £32.40 with student discount - and I love them. They feel really good quality and since I was quite unsure of whether or not I could pull them off I didn't want to spend too much on them.

Jumper - Topshop
Jeans - Topshop
Trainers - Nike
Jacket - The £10 Thrift Store

This jacket is one of many great items I have found at The £10 thrift store. It is a Glasgow based vintage shop but they have fairs in Edinburgh quite often I think! When it first opened every item was £10 which was a great bargain if you were buying a jacket / shoes but they have now changed it to a system where you pay by the weight of your items! It's £15/kg - when I first went in I didn't really have   a clue if that would work out cheap or not but this jacket is super light so I ended up getting this plus two heavy denim shirts and it was still less than a kilo so paid £12 - YES.
I also picked up these trainers in the kids' department of the JJB Sports closing down sale last year for £10. Who knew they would become so damn trendy?!

Dress - Topshop
Jumper - Vintage
Boots - Topshop
Necklace - Topshop

I GOTS MY HAIR DID! This was me straight from the hairdressers yesterday so still getting used to the new hair as it's quite a drastic change! Thought this would be more appropriate for the coming cold months. Bare legs will not be an option for much longer but might as well make the most of it whilst the temperatures are above 0!
I wore these boots quite a lot in the summer and I think they'll transition quite nicely into winter with socks and tights. I love finding different ways to wear almost makes them feel new..almost.

Metallic Madness

Metallic Tee - Topshop
Jeans - Topshop
Blazer - Topshop
Boots - Zara
Necklace - Topshop

When these boots arrived in the post last week I simply had to get them on my feet ASAP. I got a Zara voucher for my birthday from my lovely cousins and oh-em-gee the Zara website is amazing just now...took me a few hours to cut down my basket to an acceptable price! I think this metallic tshirt will come in handy over the coming weeks and I'm already looking forward to styling it different ways so keep an eye out! While all the individual pieces in this outfit are quite simple, I think they go together quite nicely and compliment the boots - my new best pals - perfectly!

Sheinside Wishlist

I recently discovered the amazing-ness that is Sheinside. As autumn begins (although it feels like we've skipped straight to winter) I really look forward to buying jumpers, jackets and boots etc although these things are usually much more expensive than your summer wardrobe! Well Sheinside saves the day...they have such an amazing selection of jackets and jumpers at such good prices! Here are some of my faves from their new stuff

Last but not least, how gorgeous is this Black Fringe Coat?!

Go and check out the website now, and grab yourself some bargys!!

ASOS, ASOS and more ASOS

Jumper - ASOS
Dress - Topshop
Boots - ASOS
Necklace - Ebay
Backpack - ASOS
Earrings - Primark

Had a wee shopping spree on ASOS when they upped the student discount to 20% and decided to show it all off at once! I love this jumper, perfect for the suddenly freezing weather and I thought I would layer it over this old Topshop dress to be a bit different! I've been wanting to buy a pair of cutout boots for months and ended up buying 2 pairs in the one week...pair number two will be seen in my next post!

Starry Afternoon

Jacket - Zara
Tshirt - from Thailand
Jeans - Topshop
Trainers - Superga
Watch - Michael Kors

I picked up this t-shirt in a wee stall in Thailand over the summer and have been dying to wear it, I love the Von Gogh print. The Zara blazer was from last year and one of my best goes with anything and is a good way to smarten up a standard tee and jeans look!

Also, here's Louis working his tartan lead like a supermodel.
Lead (with matching collar and harness) - Dog & Co
